The Big Day

Christmas wasn't the only event in December that made it so crazy. Mommy and Daddy got married and Daddy was deployed. It was insane.

My First X-Mas

My first Christmas sure was a busy one. I got to celebrate the holiday three different times. My Meme took me to visit Santa and get my picture taken. Since I was a little baby, I wasn't scared of him.

Then, I went to Ohio to visit my great-grandma and great-grandpa. When we came back home, I had Christmas with Meme, and then Christmas with Papa Lou, Granny Jo & Auntie Paige. Wow, what a season.

Back to the Beginning (August - November)

Hi...I'm Addison.

Well, Mommy hasn't really kept this up to date. I am almost two and NOW she's decided to help me blog about my life. So, I guess I'll have to give you a brief update on what's happened so far.


I was born on August 12, 2007, in Marietta, Georgia, in the same hospital as my mommy, Uncle Tommy and Pawpaw Perry. I don't really know much about what happened when I was born, so Mommy will have to give you all that information. Apparently, she doesn't remember that much either though. Except that it hurt. Here is a picture of me and Mommy at the hospital. And there is Daddy feeding me.

When I first came home, I spent a lot of time with Mmommy and Daddy. I also spent a lot of time with my Meme. Everyone took tons of pictures. Here are a few from my first month at home.

In September, we went to Ohio to visit Mommy's friend Vicky. She was getting married. It was my first wedding. I heard the food was good.

Meme's family came to visit in October. It was also my first Halloween. Since Daddy called me Turtle, that's what I was for my first Halloween.

November was my first Thanksgiving. We had dinner with Pawpaw Perry's family. Thanksgiving is Mommy's favorite holiday because of all of the yummy food.
